Thank you for purchasing the Chad Chew Jaw Trainer Set. This product is designed to strengthen your jaw muscles, increase circulation and help shape your face. Use it regularly to achieve optimal results.

What's included
The set contains:

6 silicone chews in 3 different thicknesses:

    - 40 lbs (light): 2 pieces

    - 45 lbs (medium): 2 pieces

    - 50 lbs (heavy): 2 pieces

Package insert with training plan.

Hygienic and portable boxes for safe storage of the silicone chews. All bite pieces are made of high-quality, food-safe silicone and are safe.

 

Usage

1. Preparation

Cleaning:
Clean the bite piece thoroughly with warm water before first use.

Selecting the strength:

Choose a strength that suits your current fitness level

- 40 lbs: For beginners or for rehabilitation.

- 45 lbs: For advanced users with some practice.

- 50 lbs: For intensive jaw muscle strengthening.

Placement:

Place the bite block between the upper and lower molars or just one between the front incisors.

 

2. Exercises

WARM-UP: Before using the jaw training device, it is important to warm up the muscles of the face and neck. You can do this by gently massaging the jaw and neck and performing some simple facial exercises, e.g. opening and closing the mouth and moving the jaw back and forth.


BASIC EXERCISE:
Start with the basic exercise by biting down on the jaw trainer and holding the bite for 2-5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.

CHIN TUCKS:
With your back straight, pull your chin down and tilt your head back. Hold the bite for 2-5 seconds. Repeat this 10-15 times.

SIDE-TO-SIDE:
Move your jaw from side to side and hold for 2-5 seconds on each side. Repeat this 10-15 times.

COOL-DOWN:
After completing the jaw workout, it is important to cool down the muscles in your face and neck. You can do this by gently massaging the jawline and neck and performing some simple stretching exercises for the face.

 

3. Training plan

Week 1-2:

- Use the 40 lbs piece.

- Exercise 2-3 times per week.

Week 3-4:

- Switch to 45 lbs when you feel confident.

- Train 3-4 times per week.

Week 5 onwards:

- Increase to 50 lbs if desired.

- Adjust training according to goals.



Precautions

- Only use the jaw trainer according to the instructions.

- Do not use if you suffer from jaw or dental problems.

- Clean the teethers before and after each use.

- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
